Service & Refund Policy:

Upon purchase, you will be emailed an intake form to complete. Once the intake form is complete, research begins. Once research begins, if client requests a refund prior to federal trademark preparation/submission, you will receive a partial refund. Once your federal application has been prepared/submitted, there is not an option for a refund. Your application is being researched, prepared, submitted and monitored by a professional Trademark Consultant. You understand that we are not attorney's and your application will not have an attorney designation on file (not required).  The service fee covers all items listed in the program description. Services beyond this agreement should not be expected without additional payments rendered. In event that we are unable to perform an additional requested service outside of this agreement, we will provide you with recommendations.
